5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled date receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Glacial Dawn Gallery or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

While participating in our programs, you agree to:

• Not photograph or record without permission
• Behave in a professional and courteous manner

8. Limitation of Liability

Glacial Dawn Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
